Stitch 3D Character Model for Toy Game

Stitch 3D Character Model for Toy Game

A production-focused 3D character model created for Stitch Drop, a licensed tabletop game developed by IMC Toys.

My role involved sculpting, modeling and texturing the Stitch character, keeping the design faithful to the original IP while adapting it to the technical and visual needs of a physical toy product. The asset was built with clean geometry and clear shapes, suitable for review, approval and later production.

After the digital model was completed, it went through the required licensor approval process and was later translated into the final manufactured game piece. This project reflects my experience bridging digital 3D creation, licensed character work and real-world toy development.

The character was first developed as a digital 3D model, with attention to clean topology, readable shapes and recognizable character features. Once the model and colors were defined, the asset went through the approval workflow required for a licensed product. After approval, the character was used as the basis for the final physical toy included in the Stitch Drop game.
